Course Description:
Life Management is a required health course. This course focuses on the role of an individual’s lifestyle as it pertains to his/her personal health and wellness. Topics include: Personality and Stress; Teen Suicide and Depression; Health Promotion; Substance Use and Abuse; Nutrition and Eating Disorders; Physiology; Fitness and Sports Medicine; First Aid and CPR; Abstinence; and Human Growth and Development.
