Course Description:
The Biology course is an in-depth look at the fundamental characteristics of living organisms such as genetics, cellular functions and the interaction of systems. It is designed to promote scientific inquiry and discovery while providing real relevance to life. The students will be introduced to the structure, function, diversity, and evolution of living matter while learning about microorganisms, plants, animals and the human body. This course encourages curiosity and provides opportunity for students to work on virtual activities and some hands on lab activities.
