2. About Wisconsin Virtual Learning

Wisconsin Virtual Learning (WVL) is a tuition-free, accredited online public school serving students in grades 4K–12 across the State of Wisconsin. WVL is operated by and subject to applicable Wisconsin state education laws and regulations. WVL is located at 401 Highland Drive, Fredonia, WI 53021.

3. Eligibility

Use of WVL’s services and enrollment in WVL programs is subject to Wisconsin residency requirements and other eligibility criteria as determined by Wisconsin law and WVL’s enrollment policies. Enrollment is open to Wisconsin residents in grades 4K–12. WVL does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

You are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to provide the number.
You consent to receive recurring informational text messages from WVL regarding enrollment, school updates, events, and related communications.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of enrollment or services.
WVL will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any WVL form, you are providing your express written consent to receive SMS messages as described above.
